COMMUNITY INTEGRATED PARAMEDIC PROGRAM
WHAT DO COMMUNITY INTEGRATED PARAMEDICS DO?
The Community Integrated Paramedics improve access to health care in rural and remote communities by expanding the role of qualified paramedics. Community paramedics work alongside other health care professionals without overlapping roles to ensure optimal care. They help to eliminate gaps in health care services and unnecessary emergency services (ER visits and 911 calls).
